Can I bring my own SIP trunk or DIDs?+

Yes. Zaqros supports bring-your-own SIP trunks (IP-authenticated or registration-based) and porting or importing existing DID portfolios. You can route traffic partly over your own carriers and partly over ours on a per-destination basis.

How fast can a reseller go live?+

Most resellers are onboarded and routing their first calls within a few business days. We provision your sub-account hierarchy, dedicated trunks, custom rate card, and branded portal in parallel.

Do you support high call volumes?+

Yes. Zaqros is deployed across multiple regions with redundant SBCs and carrier interconnects. Capacity is scaled elastically per tenant; production deployments handle thousands of concurrent calls.

What if a carrier goes down mid-call?+

Calls in progress can't be migrated, but new calls automatically fail over to the next-best carrier based on real-time quality scoring (ASR, ACD, post-dial delay). You won't see an outage — just a route change.

Can I integrate Zaqros with my CRM or billing system?+

Yes. Our HTTPS API and webhooks cover account provisioning, balance adjustments, rate lookup, CDR retrieval, and call/payment events. Everything a downstream system needs to keep in sync.

Is my customer data isolated from other tenants?+

Yes. Each tenant runs in its own logical data plane with isolated credentials, CDRs, and administrative scopes. Administrative access follows least-privilege and is fully audited.
